My item says it was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

If your item was marked as delivered, but not received:

Check the address used when purchased

Check with neighbors to see if it was delivered somewhere else by mistake

Allow a few extra days for actual delivery. Sometimes, the postal service will accidentally mark packages delivered too early. They work hard and are very busy, so we give them grace!

If you have done all of these things and still do not have your package, please reach out so we can help!

When can I expect a response to an inquiry?

We do our best to respond to all issues and inquiries within 24 hours!

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders will ship in about 2-5 days. Shipping time can take around 2-7 days.

Please note that delays in the mail can occur, especially in recent times.

Will my order have a tracking number?

Yes. An email will be sent when your order is shipped with your tracking number.

Do you ship everywhere?

We currently only ship in the United States.

Can I request a custom order?

We do occasionally open up for custom orders (Baby Bodysuits and Mugs). There is a $15 custom charge in addition to the price of the product.

Can you guarantee arrival dates?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates due to being unable to control the mail. Delays are common and therefore we do not make promises. We will ensure that you receive your order, just not by a specific date.

Do you accept rush orders?

We do not currently accept rush orders!

Why did I only receive one of my items?

Some of our products do not ship together, so if you only receive one at first, don't panic! The rest of the order is on its way. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this is the case.
