Refund policy

Returns:

- General returns are not accepted at this time.

Product Damage/Incorrect Order

- In the case of a damaged product or a production error, we will offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us vial email within 30 days of product delivery. Please attach a photo of the issue, we would love to make it right!

- Replacements and refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping times of 3-7 days still apply for the replacement items. 

Shipping Issues:

- If there is a shipping issue and the order is not received, please reach out so we can help resolve the issue.
